Kristyn brings more than 13 years of experience in operations, project management, and healthcare revenue cycles to Wealth Logic. She was most recently a Project Manager and Scrum Master at a local software company. Before that, she spent nearly a decade with Allina Health / Solution One-ARS, rising to supervisor roles while helping patients work through account balances, payments, and insurance coverage. That work showed her how much peace of mind it brings to have a trusted person in your corner.
Today, Kristyn keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes so our team can focus on clients. She manages Jeremy’s calendar, makes sure client service is continually improving, and captures follow-up items so nothing gets missed. She also keeps client records current, assists with service requests and new accounts, and adds personal touches where possible. She specializes in executive support, client service coordination, office operations, and process improvement. She holds a Scrum Master Certification (SMC), has completed PMP coursework, and has earned multiple Leadership Certificates.
Kristyn's philosophy is to keep it simple, honest, and human. She would rather take the time to get something right than rush through it, and she treats every client the way she'd want her own family treated. Clients can count on her for a timely answer, clear communication, and the feeling that they're truly taken care of.
Kristyn lives in Otsego, Minnesota, near her hometown of St. Michael. She's a proud mom of three kids who keep life busy and full of fun; they are her biggest motivation every day. She's involved with STMA Youth Hockey and loves watching her kids play. In her free time, you'll find her on the golf course, heading up north for a cabin weekend, or at a live concert or sporting event.
